Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 1 March 2026
1. Membership Fees
All membership subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
2. Service Booking Payments
Customers may request cancellation under the following conditions:
- Cancellation 24 hours before scheduled service → Full refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours → Partial refund (up to 50%)
- After service completion → No refund
Refund eligibility will be reviewed by our support team.
3. Service Provider Failure
If a service provider:
- Does not show up
- Cancels without notice
- Fails to deliver agreed service
Customer may be eligible for full or partial refund.
4. Disputes
In case of dispute:
- Both parties must provide evidence
- Platform reserves the right to make final decision
5. Payment Processing Fees
Transaction fees charged by Stripe or PayPal may be non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension.
